When opening my Joint Account summary view, the initial ‘This Period’ page is fine, as normal. However, when I click the ‘This Period’ drop-down, it is showing me a list of period dating back to January 2018 (way before I got my Joint Account). I then have to flick through all months between then and now to find last month’s period (this isn’t happening when attempting to view a previous period from the Personal Account summary view). When I do click on one of the previous periods (from the Joint Account), the summary that is shown (including budgets and categories) is from my personal, not joint account.
It’s a bug. If it is, it’s likely been caused by a change somewhere else and won’t be fixed. Summary is ‘going away’ and Trends will continue instead
It’s your device. Try the reboot dance - Uninstall the Monzo app, restart your device (important), download & install the Monzo app, login & retry
It’s your account. If access to a different device is possible (another phone/tablet), logout of the Monzo app on your usual device then download, install & log into the Monzo app on a different device. Do you experience the same issue?
Thanks a lot, @davidwalton. The reboot dance didn’t work unfortunately. I haven’t tried number 3 yet but I have checked and my partner (with whom I share the Joint Account) is experiencing exactly the same issue on her device. So I’m thinking it’s likely a bug
I didn’t know that Trends is replacing summary soon. Good to know!
Hey Gregg, sorry this is happening! Would you be able to send an email to jamesmcdonagh@monzo.com with the email that you used to sign up to Monzo with? This will help me work out what’s going on here
