Interesting concept - you’d have to be putting a fortune through the card for the invested cash back to add up to anything worthwhile though.

2 lounge passes is a bit poor, also “Aura” reminds me of what all the kids are saying nowadays about losing aura points.
Card reminds me of the default home wallpaper on my Huawei p20 pro which isn’t a bad thing.
Looks like those surveys had it pretty much dialled in then Monzo reward credit card survey

At 0.5% cashback, you’d have to put 3k through every month, and that’s just to cover the cost of the card, not including the value of the benefits too.
I’ll definitely sign up for it, for at least 3 months - especially with my AppleTV+ subscription ending soon But I don’t want Google AI Plus 
The main site shows this, so maybe?

Lovely card. I don’t think this is for me though. Already have ATV via Apple One, don’t use Google. I do have investments with Monzo but fee free isn’t enough to justify £15pm. Seems like a reasonable offer if you don’t have those perks and you’re an investor.

Same. I would technically save a bit of money as I do have the same Google subscription (for storage, I don’t know why Google had to bundle AI into all of its storage plans…) and we are planning on getting AppleTV soon. But 1) my annual Google plan literally renewed last week and 2) we hop around tv subscription plans so I’d rather not be locked into AppleTV for a year. I will admit I do find the metal card appealing though…
I wonder why you would be eligible for Flex but not Aura?
Some people aren’t eligible for investments.
I would have been tempted by this had I not already got Apple TV via Apple One and ChatGPT Go, FT Standard and a whole lot more for £14.99/month via Revolut Metal. I like the concept, though.

Thanks @fluffy ! Switching back to Flex from Aura is equally seamless and there won’t be a hard check on your credit file. There is a 3-month minimum term with Aura, but after that you can switch back to Flex.

It’s good to see Monzo releasing more products, but this one is not really that interesting I’m afraid. £15/month is way too expensive, unless you already have Apple TV or really really wanted it.
Some bits from the marketing stand out:
Aura only gives 1% on supermarkets and 0.5% on everything else. Chase gives 2% so yes, we will still need to wonder if we picked the right card.
I’d say the 1% cashback is restrictive, but even if others would disagree, and even if I wanted to get an Apple TV sub, the rest still don’t make it attractive. Anyone who’s seriously used AI knows Gemini is not that good (although not as bad as Copilot), and only 2 fast tracks and lounges per year mean I could buy them cheaper for the one time a year I travel.
All in all, at £15/month, I believe most people would end up chasing the perks to try and feel like they are getting value, but for the most part they wouldn’t.
It looks very cool though.

That I can understand but I would have then thought anyone who has Flex who is eligible for investments is auto eligible for Aura.
