I don’t really think it’s the end of the world.

You wouldn’t get Monzo to hide old transactions of the pub you used to visit together and you’re more likely to see that than a sub-section of archived pots.

I’d have thought all customers were valuable and each team would be successful in their own ways. But oh well :man_shrugging: Just another phrase for the retentions team or customer advocacy team I guess?

I’m not sure I want ‘high touch’ from Monzo’s support. As great as they are, I just don’t feel I know them well enough yet for that kind of intimacy.
