Customer Success teams arise out of the need to provide high-touch guidance to your most valuable customers – without disrupting your Sales and Support teams.

I’d have thought all customers were valuable and each team would be successful in their own ways. But oh well Just another phrase for the retentions team or customer advocacy team I guess?

I’m not sure I want ‘high touch’ from Monzo’s support. As great as they are, I just don’t feel I know them well enough yet for that kind of intimacy.
