I think it’s fair to say we’re all learning 
and it’s not very often you get chance to be part of setting up a bank. Check out the dates some of the others were founded: Barclays 1690, HSBC 1865, Lloyds 1765 and RBS 1727 !!! Every Mondonaut, customer and investor really does make a difference

I wonder if I can reignite this thread and ask for your reflections on the banking license process? What went as expected? What wasn’t expected? What was learned that might be used when looking at setting up in other countries? Thanks!
