I’m excited to share with you a piece of content that I’ve recently worked on. In this blog, I delve into the nuances of different customer segmentation approaches, the common trade-offs we consider when choosing the right approach, and how we use them at Monzo.

I’m Vincent, a product data scientist in the business banking’s Growth team at Monzo (and a long time lurker on the forum :eyes:). My role primarily revolves around gathering data insights to uncover market opportunities, devising new experiments to explore potential growth levers, and evaluating the impact of our various initiatives.
