Organisations like TransferWise do not permit SEPA transfers into cryptocurrency wallets like Coinbase.
How will Monzo solve this problem?
I have purchased bitcoin via Coinbase with my Monzo card.
I thought I had, but looking through my feed I haven’t.

I think being able to easily buy cryptocurrencies directly from Monzo is a great idea. Most exchanges require verification (for legal reasons) which means if you need crypto quickly you’re kinda stuck until they verify you. Monzo already knows you so this won’t be an issue - they could partner with a major exchange to offer cryptocurrency directly through the app, no extra verification required (under the hood it would pass on your details to the exchange).
