I’ve just received a notification that my fees will change with an option to keep allowances. I’m confused. I have changed jobs but I am still paid into this account and have regular transfers of other funds, and have direct debits set up on my account. Why is this changing?
Do you have over £500 going in every month and at least 1 direct debit?
