I had a fraud on my account it took 3 months and about 18 different Chat staff to direct me around, evenutally I made a complaint in writing this took another 3 months to settle they offered me a small amount of compensation eventually, and i left for Revolut.
I liked Monzos App thou and their Secure but relaxed approach, so I’ve come crawling back, and I’ve had to raise a problem again nothing serious I just want to link my MBNA credit card, its taken 6 people 2 days so far and im still being put across to the right team (I rang MBNA, cos you can do that and speak to a human and they tried everything and said its a Monzo issue)
