Automatic suggestion and calculation of (or even application for) compensation for delayed or cancelled EU flights. Flight schedule data + GPS for time and location = a little "you just got another 100EUR!” notification as you sit in a random airport for yet another hour after the scheduled departure time.

I suggested it online but the ability to block purchasing on your phone, ie an ap blocker…similar to Gamblock.
Ideally I’d love to block places like Dominos, Just-eat etc so I can add more friction…how you’d make money I don’t know but I’d pay a yearly fee for this (and the gambling one)

You can move money in and out of a pot that is linked to the stock market (obviously not great at the moment) but you can move it in and out fee free

Users can create a one-way pot called ‘Tip jar’. Then, any time they’re especially pleased with the service, or appreciative of what they’ve just been able to do with Monzo, they can transfer some money to the Tip jar. This would show up as ‘spending’ for the user, for Monzo (cumulatively) as a revenue stream.
