Chat improvements - Multiple accounts

Spent a considerable amount of time waiting for a Monzo staff member to temporarily increase our business card transaction limit, only to discover that the staff member didn’t realise I was communicating from my business account.

The chat UX could do with some improvement — I’d expect the chats to be segregated by the account type, with history for business account chat staying separate to personal/joint accounts.

Currently the same chat can be accessed from any account which is confusing and the staff member doesn’t know which account you’re referring to unless you explicitly state in the chat.

Turns out business team is only available during normal office hours too, so there’s also that :slight_smile:
