I am currently using Monzo as main account for personal expenses, joint account for family and business account for small business. Notification are becoming difficult to handle. I see a counter on the main Monzo icon, but no indication which account has new transactions and I have to cycle through the three accounts to find what is new. Not a big deal but when I have transactions happening several times every hour, it becomes a real annoyance.
I suggest having a new transaction counter in the account list and to have the account list more easily accessible from the current drop down.
Have you considered splitting business and joint cards to a different app?
I like this idea. As people open more accounts it’s going to be a needed feature.
