Still nothing from them for me, including the code and the customer support response. I signed up to the waiting list at around 6:15, sent the 1st customer service email at 6:22 and the 2nd at 11:42 (to 2 different email addresses, the 2nd one was the one Google support told me to contact).
All of these time were yesterday.
I signed up at 11:30pm the night before, so they will probably get to you soon!

Yes, I was just looking that up too (you beat me to posting)!
It makes the Direct Debit switch-off look deliberate, given they are already plugged in to BACS for Direct Credit.
I bet they did hold back support because of merchant issues.

Im quite surprised at CHAP’s to be fair, as would expect JP Morgan to be already linked into that platform, and would just integrate Chase into the service…

Slightly disappointed the card per account isn’t what we thought. So it’s not virtual cards at all. I can see them adding this in the future though.

Agreed but, so far I like the app and the look of it.
I currently don’t have access to virtual cards anyway so it’s no loss on my part, and I still broadly use my bank account only for direct debits and standing orders. My Netflix would come from my Amex anyway.
I’m off to Lisbon this week so I’m going to use this account for the cashback/testing overseas usage.

I still am going to try out this more. It’s by no means perfect but it’s already visually more my style, and the cashback/free overseas spending puts it above my current bank account.
(Well, I get free overseas spending but only because I have a paid account).
Let’s not forget Monzo have only just added virtual cards so it’s not like everyone has got used to them and it’s an unusable bank due to this.
