Marginally, yeah, but my money still in 5.2% - 7% accounts atm.
Useful for those who have difficulty saving though , as I squirrelled away over £150 when I used the round up feature tbf

The benefit being 0% FX fees abroad apparently.
Not really enough to entice me, hope they had some sort of cashback reward.
But this is all speculation so who knows.
I would imagine if someone is testing this for Chase there ain’t no way they would be posting on Reddit.
They didn’t post it themselves. They apparently know someone else with the card.
What the credit card will look like : r/chaseuk (reddit.com)
That’s what I think. People on the reddit are claiming it is photoshopped, but I just wonder who would ever bother photoshopping something as boring as a credit card design?
Nerds, like us.
If it’s just 0% fx, it’s a non-starter for me.
All my current daily use debit cards, and all our credit cards, are 0% fx fee, so this is nothing new or amazing any more, it’s the norm.
Plus the Chase app continues to be slow and laggy on Android. Not an attractive credit card offer really.
Same here. 0% is expected these days so they’ll have to do more.
That said, if they issue it as World Elite that would be attractive as that saves serious cash on car rental.
I think it’ll look like that. I could have said that without it though. It does look photoshopped.
My point was that if this is testing it’ll be a small group, possibly even just staff, not worth risking “a friend” just taking a photo of the card “for reasons”.
I don’t doubt the card will look like that, I just don’t think that’s a real image.
Can even see a line where the notch has been put in, you can follow it from where the notch starts to go in, where the actual card would be going:
Really hope it’s not just a boring Monzo Plus looking card.
I did look at the part around Credit, but all of the writing had strange parts around it (and the contactless symbol as well, just to a lesser extent). I doubt they edited the whole card. Could just be a low quality photo.
Yeah, looking at the entire card, that kind of distortion is present on the Chase text, logo, the contactless symbol, and chip.
True. I still think there is distortion around the notch. I don’t think it’s a good quality photo, and I do believe it’s photoshopped.
Whether it is or isn’t isn’t really a big issue in the grand scheme of things, and like I said I would bet money on it looking like that even without this.
But some people are happy to photoshop things, even niche things like this. The fact it’s a niche subject doesn’t mean automatically it’s a real photo.
Is it possible to just… allow some folk to think it looks crap enough to not be real? ![]()

Why’s it peeling top left?
Someone definitely made this up.
Never seen a card peel like that, ever, and even if it did, a credit card this new likely wouldn’t have such poor design.
It may come looking similar, but I don’t think it’s real, more a mockup.
My Amex card is peeling just like that, though it didn’t when as new as this one purports to be.
If memory serves, it was about six months from initial trial of the debit card before we had the real thing ourselves, so we should know by Christmas.
Seems legit.
