It was a BOE increase of 0.25 % hoped to get the full increase passed on :wink::wink:

Maybe a couple of refreshes needed? It only just updated after I force closed the app.

would have been good… Monzo would have been listed on the MSE table too and maybe knocked Zopa off (even if for a day) :eyes:

Starling must be making a killing with their “interest paying account” of 0.05% :joy:

Looking forward to the delight when rates finally drop, they change downwards as quickly

That’s business unfortunately. If it was reversed and it was a loan, you can rest assured it would be the full increase :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

0.05% is nuts and no instant access saver. Their fixed rate product seems to be very “meeh” since it’s just poor. It seems like a product starling got out there to just please some crowd. No idea who actually uses that account.

The 3.25% one ^^

They need to implement an instant access saver 100% which aren’t their pots with 0.05%

Thanks Monzo! Glad to see this implemented so quickly! I hope the rate stays competitive so I don’t have to keep moving my money around.

Nothing yet for me, still at 3%

Which boils down to what Starling are, which is a high street bank with a nice app

Still on 3% :sob:

Monzo has factors such as lending which it needs to taken into account when the Bank of England changes the base rate. It’s super nice to see them be competitive though and still increase the base rate
