Can't Load App on Tablet

Tried to load app on Galaxy note 10.1 but it says cant …any ideas ?

I can’t load on my Galaxy Tab either, it not designed for tablets just phones, so while it works on a few tablets there are many it not compatible with

hi thanks for that its says its not compatable …hey ho have to just use on my phone a samsung S6 and it loaded fine.
