I had issues with switching apps and the Barclays app not liking being in the background when I didn’t have a full account (Mortgage Only) - once I had a current account that issue went away.
It seems Barclaycard are finally starting to allow cards to be added to Google Pay. No idea if this is all cards, but I am now able to added my Forward card which I couldn’t beforehand.
Seems like it’s just their visa cards, can’t add my avios
You can add the Rewards card too, I’ve added mine a week or so ago.
Anyone know if you can pay a barclays loan back early?
Google search says yes.
Barclaycard just offered me a balance transfer offer and money transfer offer. I don’t need either of these, but is there any reason to sign up to the offer anyway?
If you don’t need them, don’t sign up. They send them periodically.
That’s what I thought. Just wanted to check. Thank you
so trying to apply for an account in the app and only getting the option to register, I’ve tried reinstall deleting cache etc any ideas?
Its too late in the evening. Try again in the morning. I think 8am is good.
been trying all day lol are they really that behind with their tech ?
Oh right. No late evening applications is a thing though.
If its on Android, the app is even more painful for onboarding
Yeah it’s android and you can’t apply on the site, no switch bonus for me then
You can apply online between 6am and midnight using the link on the website, but you’ll probably have to turn up with identification documents in branch to complete the process.
Ok cheers
Any idea why my friend would see this all a sudden?
All they’ve done tonight is sign up to revolut via my referral.
Definitely no jailbreak installed, she might need to update her phone. Sadly she’s across town so can’t check myself.
I’d start firstly by just checking her phone is up to date on software, and go from there. I’ve never seen a phone think it’s jailbroken when it isn’t. Have any repairs been done on it (not via Apple)? That’s all I can think of really (short of it actually being jailbroken).
Nothing, she restarted her phone and all was fine
Only time I’ve ever caused it on my own was upgrading to a Developer Beta of iOS when the bank had seemingly set a limit of ‘authorised versions’ lower than the beta OS.
