Is there a monthly charge for a basic account?
I am not able to find any information about it on the website?
Or am I looking at the wrong place?

There isn’t any charge for using their accounts. Please note that they are only prepaid accounts and not full current accounts. These are likely to be launched over the next couple of months

In short, there are no fees for a basic account and this will remain the case once we launch current accounts which we hope to begin in the first half of this year
