I think there should be an opportunity to automatically pay into your pots from the main account by simply inserting formulas. For example I have created pots a, b, c, d for different spending headings. I want every payments into my main account to be divided into the four pots in a ratio 3:2:1:4 or 30%, 20%,10% and 40% without me having to do it by myself.
This will enhance keeping track of spending too.
