There are views, and there are views, as we are reminded so often on here when we’re repeatedly told Monzo staff no longer interact much because they’re too scared of being met with an angry forum member or whatever it was (I’m joking but you get the idea). I just think it’s best to look with the most open, kind thoughts and see where it goes. Mondo was a bit of a fiasco initially but everyone went in with the best of intentions and we all willed them on to do well, and they did.

What an odd requirement! I don’t remember the last time I received a paper bill for anything! Maybe not for a decade now!

I could probably print one off, but why? It would be exactly the same as the PDF file I could send.

What happened with this lot then?

Their website is still up, but social channels don’t look overcrowded :thinking:
