Just for clairity, I have no problem selecting both the accounts in the trends section, and this gives me categorisation of transcations from both my monzo account and my AMEX in one place.
But, for me, the “budgets” are the issue. For example, if I
Goto the “Summary” screen, click “Budgets”
Create a budget of say, 500 pounds for a category. Lets say, “Groceries”
Go on an do my shopping on my AMEX, spending say, 620 pounds on Groceries
Now assuming I’ve only shopped with my AMEX, then if
I goto “Summary” and it will say, “500 left of 500” in my budget. Eventhough I spend 620 in my (pseudo) connected account.
Goto trends and it will say I spend 620 on “Grocieries”
Which in effect means, connecting the account is a bit pointless if you want to use budgets. Right now, its regression for me versus using MoneyDashboard and connecting my regular bank account and AMEX, and then budgetting from there (their budgets spans all accounts you connect).
So my suggestion is, when you put a budget on a category, it would be nice if your spend versus the budget, was based on all transations in that category, and not just a subset of the transactions in the category.
If I tap on the ‘NEW’ red thing to the right of a connected account, It takes me to the connected account, which has a red dot on the Trends graph-icon at the top-right. Tapping on that takes me to a Trends display for that account.
If I swipe back, the connected account graph-icon is shown, but the red dot has gone.
Swiping down then takes me back to the Account(s) Overview - and the ‘NEW’ red thing has gone for that account.
So it’s all about notifying of the New Trends display for individual connected accounts
Virgin credit card and amazon credit card (new day) please. There was mention of adding some awhile ago, think there was a poll even if I remember correctly.
This mostly works but there seems to be a bug in the Android version. Topping on the home tab on a Monzo account sometimes takes me to a random pot. Tapping again takes me back to the same account. Tapping a third time takes me to the next account, and after that each tab does indeed move to the next account.
Edit - this always worked properly for switching between Personal and Joint. After I upgraded to Plus and added credit card accounts it started behaving in the way I’ve described.

I read it somewhere on here some months ago. It’s been very handy.
ETA: I do prefer the Santander implementation. All accounts are on the Home Screen and are already updated with no need to refresh.
