Yep spot on I wasted my time writing this in the first place right, communities and forums are not a place to express your views opinions or ideas.
Monzo have their styles, like pretty and good quality metal card, cute and colourful UI, nice app, preferred name, and Flex that allowed you reward yourself to pay later. and look carefully you will see they’re the only company really care about “pretty” , I can say they have a really nice website and trying to make everything looks “Monzo”
sorry if you don’t understand, my English is really limited.
but my favourite bank will always be BARCLAYS and HSBC.

If you actually did want to save time though you could have added your vote to the similar topic someone created a while ago 
You’d also then see it’s not very popular because the fact is Monzo are improving things. All the time. They just don’t do the things you want them to do. Which as i said in my message is also fine. Because there are plenty of other choices out there and at the push of a button you can move and send a stronger message. However, it would be boring if all banks did the same things though

The challenge here is there are a lot of posts along the lines of “Monzo needs to keep up, it’s boring, it’s stagnant etc”.
And they get a little repetitive and are hugely subjective. You either find value from Monzo or you don’t.
Your post went into a bit of detail and I think Monzo should read it. Could it have been added to an existing thread, yes potentially.
But it’s here and it’s a perfectly valid option. But it is two way. Some will be very much pro Monzo and I rink that’s a fair viewpoint too.

I respect your view if you believe they are improving, that’s your opinion and your entitled to it.
I don’t see it or maybe it’s not the areas that’s important to me hence my decision but thank you for your exchange and views
