Cue the “Cash is King” and “This is why Cashless is bad” on Facebook/TikTok… I paid at Greggs fine this morning with my HSBC credit card

for real though, 6/8 of my cards are Mastercard

Sky News are reporting its card payments in general, not just Visa.

I read that article but inferred Visa again

Asda said its payment systems are back up and running following temporary issues with Visa.

I used a Visa debit card at a Post Office just before 12 with no issues.

I was warned on entering Sainsbury’s at about 10 that contactless payments weren’t working. Used Amex with no problems.
