Current accounts I get since many students get paid 3 times a year so restrictions or incentives around monthly deposits would need to differ. Similarly overdrafts are tailored for the student market so I can get that too.
Why would a student need a different credit card or savings account to any other adult?
With the caveat that while Monzo continues to grow and thus records losses, the prospect of free student overdrafts etc. should be considered as a potentially remote possibility at best.
Students aren’t just 16-17 year olds, I have Monzo, but I’m 27 and I’m a uni student (for another 2-3 years) then hopefully a post grad! But yeah I came to suggest ‘promised’ student overdraft to those who have their student loan paid into their account and weighing that with their credit, however I’m a distance learner with OU due to disabilities and get full ML so I don’t have a UCAS code. Others may be in a similar position, not all are under 18 and no where near uni😩
