In case anyone missed this tonight about the fall of RBS, it’s so good. Interviews with all the major players (except Fred Goodwin) and the mystery of Alistair Darling’s eyebrows continues. Will they ever go grey?

Saw it was on so will record it on Monday on repeat.

Interesting documentary. I gathered the following main points:

A large number of non bankers running a bank.
Plans to grow rapidly (acquisition rather than organic growth)
Plans to bring banking facilities (loans) to those previously denied
A reliance (post ABN Ambro) on shareholders funds
Poor supervision from the authorities
