Starling forums closing

I just got a week-old email, after the fact, from Starling about their user community closing down. Not only have they stopped new posts but they’ve also deleted all existing content.

It’s pretty obvious, despite their claims claims to the contrary, that this was done simply to brush aside any non-positive feedback. I no longer want to be a part of such an organisation and have ended my relationship with Starling for this reason.

Can we have some sort of assurance that Monzo will not ever follow a similarly close-minded path?
