One of the things that really impressed me recently was that Tom expressed how he wants x% of our revenue next year (this year) to come from things that we haven’t built yet, things that are brand new and crazy that nobody else would build.
The ideas part of this has always been part of our ethos and culture, but to be able to build things that are both potentially revolutionary and can sustain themselves and be profitable in themselves is really cool. It’s almost like creating lots of mini startups in and of themselves.
Of course, there will also still be awesome ideas that don’t generate huge revenue but just make the world a better place, like we did with Gambling Block 
But I’m massively excited to see what we build this year.
