Below was the forum started by Monzo back in April 2019 asking what customers would like to see in the Monzo Plus, looks like Monzo has stopped listening to its own customers.
As an investor I’m frustrated as I don’t see Monzo growing and moving towards becoming profitable after this second failed attempt at a premium account. Before they fail the best thing they can do is probably sell to an overseas bank looking to set up retail operations in the UK… I know JP Morgan are looking to enter the UK market, lol
