Drunk Mode - Temporary Card Freeze

I wonder if there’s a bar tab app (with a decent selection of pubs, clubs and restaurants) that Monzo could integrate with? - After a quick search, none that I can find in the UK, unless my Google Fu is acting up. When the limit is reached, it starts adding to the tab and notifies both user and bartender.

Paying cash into the account

If Monzo were to either partner up with one (or more) of the big supermarkets, or possibly pay them to create an integration with their checkouts, we could have 24 hour availability of cash deposits. What other bank can boast that?

Card Vending Machines

In a separate topic for Depositing Cash I suggested a vending machine style ATM that could be secured inside supermarkets throughout the country. I also suggested the ability to register and print our own cards there and then. Although it was later pointed out by @anon44204028 that even this would still be susceptible JCB smash and grab attacks. Collecting Avios or frequent flyer miles with Monzo

I think we should push the travel companion card further, by allowing users to collect Avios points on purchases, I for one would happily pay a monthly fee to benefit from this and I think I am right in saying that if this was implemented, Monzo would be the first debit card in the UK to offer this.

Also, just adding this here to tie everything together. They’re partnerships already in development

Monzo API Projects

Hi everyone! I’m just putting together a list of projects that use the Monzo API, and realised there isn’t a definitive list! Richard’s list on GitHub, Awesome Monzo, includes some really great ones but doesn’t have everything… An example would be Stuart Taylor’s piggy bank, but I know there are plenty of startups which are using Monzo in their prototypes and more. Can you help me by throwing a few links my way?
