Looks like Monzo are getting more serious about providing mortgages or at least providing a brokering service.
Just filled in a survey asking me all about my mortgage. Good, keep building those services Monzo.

I think what Monzo would really excel at is making the mortgage application process smoother/easier, especially for first-time buyers.
I hope it would tie-in neatly with their other services and offerings like the mortage tool and insights feature.
How could they make it easier? What are some of the challenges first time buyers face when applying for a mortgage with other banks?
I’m not familiar with the process, I’ve always used a broker, so I’m curious about how the current vs. proposed new system works.
