Looks like the issue (since v3.89.0) with not showing the ‘Left to pay’ instance in the ‘Manage’ tab of a Bills pot of a Joint account, when ‘Split Drawers’ is enabled in Labs has now been fixed. At least for me - thank you 
EDIT: ‘Left to pay’ has disappeared again.
