3am thought for @simonb or other night ridersā€¦ Has the user number reporting recently changed from card activations to account openings?

There was always a big lull on Sundays and Mondays because no cards had been sent out the day before, and then thereā€™d be a heavy day on Tuesday. Now the charts are showing around the same amount of new users every day, suggesting it might be measuring signups now :thinking:

This may have coincided with the ā€œuse your account straight away before you even receive a cardā€ feature.

Maybe itā€™s still card activations, but because people are ā€˜activatingā€™ their card when adding it to Apple/Google Pay?
