Well deserved, in my humble opinion. Anyone who (co-)founds and spearheads a company that challenges an industry, delivers a great customer proposition and employs more than 500 people is worthy of such distinction.

It’s a huge honour, but it feels a bit strange that it’s focussed on an individual (me…), when;
a) it’s the result of a huge amount of work by hundreds of people over the last 4 years.
b) it feels like we’re only just getting started.
