Managing receipts

Hi, I’ve just started adding receipts for expense claims. Sometimes I shop somewhere where I can claim expenses and sometimes at the same place I can’t (personal trips), what might make it easier is when I search for that business an ‘R’ appears to easily show I’ve saved the receipt??

Could you add an emoji to the notes column when you upload a receipt?

That way you could search for the emoji and all your receipts will show.



I always add a custom hash tag for expenses. E.g #NYC01052019Expense so I can easily search for all related expenses I need to claim for. I also tag with #expenses so I can search all my expenses.

I’ve also setup an IFTTT so any transactions I tag as an expense will auto upload the receipt and name it on my Google drive.
