Hi, I’ve just returned from Luxembourg. I tried to get cash out at an ATM in the city centre at “S-Bank Spuerkeess” which had mastercard logos displayed on it.
Didn’t work. Just got some French text preceded with a Red cross. Card returned. Tried twice.
In the end I succeeded with my first direct account (elsewhere).
Is this normal for Monzo?
