The usual, delete the app, restart your device, reinstall the app dance usually fixes a lot of these things.

Have you tried contacting Monzo about it?
Looks like there’s a few of us having this problem, monzo app says to report bugs in the forum
Yeah there were a few TestFlights over the weekend to fix this

Yea mine was having problems for a while but the test flights seem to have fixed it.
