Going back over these, I’m really impressed with the offerings. They seem to hit almost every type of saver. And if we are being honest, cash savings accounts are typically not the best places to put your money, but if you don’t have the time to slap into a S&S wrapper or something of the like - these actually look pretty decent.

Has there still not been any official announcement from Monzo on this?

I’m disappointed that customers are the last to hear about the ISA rates and I’ve found more information elsewhere. And I have to say the rates are nothing special. I had hoped that Monzo would have had an introductory rate to excite customers (which could have a limited subscription similar to the investment offering).
I had been holding off until now but I can’t see the advantage of this offering over others.
A missed opportunity in my opinion. Sorry.

That’s what I mean - some small changes being made but not full fledged and operating as yet!
If you click it, the app asks if you want to be kept in the loop on updates on savings pots - so I guess its just a work in progress

I’m Ankit and I work on the savings and investment team 
. We wanted to share an update about ISAs. You might have seen a couple of stories in the news last week announcing our new partnership with OakNorth (which we’re very excited about!)
Those stories said cash ISAs would be ready by Monday, with the rest of the savings options coming over soon. Unfortunately launching cash ISAs is taking us a little longer than we thought so they won’t be out today. We’ve found a hitch that we’d prefer to fix before we roll them out to everyone, so we know everything works as it should.
We’re working on bringing them to you as soon as possible, and our goal is still to get them to you before the end of the tax year.
We’ll keep you updated on here and make a big announcement once we’ve launched! If you signed up to the waiting list at monzo.com/isa, you’ll hear first!

Have you considered, it might be a good idea not to give the press dates of things unless you can commit to that date?

I thought it was on the Oak North press release, but turns out it isn’t.
How do you know that Monzo officially gave the press the information?
Could be from OakNorth, a former employee, a current one, a contractor… and so on… 
I haven’t read the all news stories so could be wrong
