I’ve just tried to pay a colleague some money but I don’t have them as a contact in my phone. They sent me a monzo.me request (via skype) so I pasted the url in to my browser on the phone and it offered to open the monzo app. This caused the app to crash when opening. I ended up using apple pay, which I guess you’d prefer I didn’t do as it’s a monzo to monzo transfer.
Very odd. A monzo.me app link certainly shouldn’t crash the app. Which operating system are you on and which app version?
I am on iOS v11.3 and this is what I saw… I clicked the OPEN button and it opened the app and asked for fingerprint, which I did – at that point it crashed.
