Good Morning, my name is Wayne and I have been with Monzo since March this year, I was and still am with TSB but I decided to join Monzo as it was easy and simple to join and the issues I had with TSB last year due to the IT upgrade left me without no money or access to my account for 2 weeks, trying to get a hold of them was a nightmare and put me through severe stress trying to survive borrowing money via family and credit cards.
It took 7-8 months for TSB to resolve my complaint, however fully lost trust, I then cane to Monzo and I have to say the tech round it is brilliant I wasnāt happy with this and then decided to upgrade my account to plus which this has left me really disappointed as the discounts on offer are not even relevant to myself and I am paying Ā£6 a month just for the card and the interest and have done for 3 months 
I work full time as a Branch Manager in retail and I am currently looking for new opportunities for a new career or stay in retail. Never went to college or uni and happy to say that I didnāt the results to get where I am today, I just worked hard and earned my right to get to the top 
I am a family guy and always put family first. Looking to see what the future holds. Donāt want to go on about me any further but happy to discuss

I had a very similar experience to TSB, it would be worth (if you didnāt already) taking them to the Financial Ombudsman.
I did, won and received compensation.
And your points around Monzo plus are completely valid, I feel the same. What Iād say though is Monzo āstandardā is awesome and I hope you find it better than previous banking experiences

Hi everyone, and a happy bank holiday. I joined Monzo yesterday evening, with a full transfer. Talk about a leap of faith, but Iām up for it if Monzo is.
Iām a married old dude, retired now, mainly due to ill health but I still make the most of life. I love cats, yes Iām a crazy cat man, although restricted to two, I love travelling, just returned from Australia, and silenceā¦ I adore complete silence.
Driving is my passion, as well as camping, but the old body is complaining a lotā¦ Jeez, when youāre 30 you think you going to live foreverā¦ I didā¦ Its an illusion kids, make the most of it, while you can.

Applied for a MONZO account as my main bank as I am sick of the high street banks and the MONZO app is awesome lets me control my money more and gives me freedom to save if and when I please.

Hi all, im Keith. Im new to Monzo roughly two weeks ago. My forum name FatBiker is because i love mountain biking and currently ride a Fat Bike. This is a mountain bike with 4 inch wide tyres running at low pressures and really squidgy to soak up all the trail bumps. Im also a self confessed geek, love all sorts of technology and innovation which is what made me find a better banking solution

Hi, Iām Thomas . I got a Monzo account a couple of months ago mainly to deal with some separate budgeting that, while I could have done out of my high street account, I (being the tech nerd/enthusiast that I am) decided to try out a mobile bank - Monzo being the obvious choice 
. Who knows if Iāll end up being #FullMonzo or not? For now Iām just enjoying the ride
