I was spending today relaxing with just one job to do this afternoon - pay for my car hire with NW CC. Until the postman came with a letter from NW saying I had to call them urgently because my card has been restricted due to suspected fraudulent transactions. So I do that to be told I have to go to a branch with some ID. Now, that’s only a 20 minute drive and £2 parking, but I need the card this afternoon and I won’t have another opportunity to visit a branch until the middle of March becaus…
