How has Monzo changed how you manage your money?

This is the opposite of my experience, which is:

Everyone figures out what they owe. Discussion over whose Spending will be messed up for that month. Everyone pays individually as no-one wants to mess up their monthly totals.

I still promote Monzo, but with the caveat that until incoming payment categorisation is implemented bill splitting breaks the data history side so is not worth it.

Check my balance daily on the easy to use app and stopped spending so much money a week on lunches that i didnt realise I was doing

I need 2 things to make a profound difference in Monzo:

  1. Joint accounts
  2. Ability to pay bills and direct debits out of pots
