Its not but he wasn’t really asking Monzo to do anything or that it was an issue with the Monzo app specifically. He was just posting in general chat to talk about his feels on face id and his concern over someone using it if they have a seizure. If he had posted in Monzo chat / Feedback or Help then that would have been swiftly moved/closed as its not relevant.

I can’t think of a solution so as others have said, you have 2 options:
- Disable faceID
- Claim for your losses if you’re mega unlucky to have all those events happen in sequence.
