Is this still available I don’t see Lounge Access listed in benefits?
Not on iOS, must be a bug. Will set up app on my Android phone to activate it.
Have you used your Monzo Max card for discounted Lounge access before (while on the Max plan)?
If so, there’s nothing to activate.
And if you’ve not yet used it to get discounted Lounge access, just go to the Lounge and swipe your Monzo card to pay for it. The discount will be applied then - and from that point, you can open a new Loungekey account (use the same email address you used for your Monzo account) and tie the Monzo Max card to the Loungekey account. In future, you’ll then only need to scan your Loungekey QR code to get discounted access to available lounges.
