In the list of accounts below, tap the 3 dots and Edit layout, you can then pin accounts and they show at the top.

Ah thanks!

Thanks @_lewis i’ll get it testing!

Just checking whether anyone else having issues connecting to Wise.
I have tried for last 2-3 days to reconnect to Wise but Monzo is not recognising the authorisation from Wise.

I’ve got Wise connected although I did it some time ago.

Same here, Monzo informed me it needed renewing and I tried to follow the process to renew, but nothing worked. I removed the defunct Wise from my Monzo account, and also removed the Monzo connection from within Wise and tried to setup it up new, but even though Monzo opens up the Wise App, and I confirm in Wise to connect, I get no acknowledgement from Wise, and Monzo is still in the Shared Information screen.

Just had app updates for both Monzo & Wise on iPhone, after those were installed I was able to connect Wise successfully to Monzo.

Confirmed updating to the latest version did the trick

Hello

I use the connected bank accounts a lot and I find it very useful :star_struck:
I would like to search transactions that were made using one of the connected accounts. For example, if I make a transaction with Bank X (connected to Monzo), when I search for that transaction in Monzo (using the search :mag: function) it can’t find it as it only filters the Monzo ones.

Also, it would be good if the function to apply the same category to all past and future transactions for that merchant, can also be done for connected accounts.

Not sure if there’s already a way for doing those things, but it’d be great if we could!

Thank you

Zable and vanquis :pray:t2:

We’re working on it, it’s just a custom integration for credit providers as there isn’t a standard Open Banking protocol like there is with banks like Barclays etc.

With Monzo Plus originally we had to work directly with Amex to make this work. It’s a pain!

Interesting, so with a bank that offers credit cards it can be supported by open banking (I have lots of bank issued credit cards connected), but if you only offer credit you have to do it a different way?

I wish I understood it better, but I think you might be right. If you’re a regulated bank you have to comply but if you’re not it’s a little different (don’t quote me, but think that’s how it works)

Does anyone know if iFast are Open Banking compliant and if we would ever see it in Monzo? I know they’ve just started supporting easy transfers from Monzo to iFast triggered from the iFast app.

Any update on getting Monzo to connect with Vanguard? With that I’d be able to view everything financial in one place which would be amazing!

Investments aren’t part of PSD2 therefore no obligation to do so.

This feature is really good, all my cards are connected apart from ASDA which is operated by Ja Ja, is there any work ongoing to have that available to connect?

Zopa have linked accounts, however, they’re not available as a linked account on either Monzo or Revolut. Anyone know why? I have asked but they ignored the question.

Can’t believe it’s been 2 years since we had any new connections. I use my Jaja CC for lots of stuff and the lack of visibility sucks.

Can anyone with a Chase Credit Card confirm if the CC appears in the connected accounts?

Should probably rename this topic now…

Credit card works yeah, but it doesn’t pull through the available limit like all my other credits cards (bar Amex) which is annoying.
