@DaveTMG We also plan to offer a fee-free buffer, however we are yet to work out how much it would be. 
We do not plan to have unauthorised overdraft and definitely will not be charging any extra fees or penalties for returned items, but I like the idea of giving a short term extension - this is definitely something we should consider offering! Thank you for the suggestion!
