Just had a survey to rate 5 voices, I guess they’re testing a new voice for their IVR.
You can tell the brand they want. All Scottish women, friendly sounding. Asking you to rate if they’re inclusive etc…

We had a fantastic time last year on a cruise that docked at Greenock 
Didn’t get off though, just partied on the 
while docked 
Amazing. Loved looking at the Greenock periphery from high up.
Then we sailed on. To Belfast. Where we got a cracking view of the George Best airport. With no planes. A bit surreal to say the least.
Anyway, back to Chase.

I actually commented that it wasn’t very diverse because the voices are all women and all from Scotland. It’s not very representative of anyone other than Scottish women.
The Scottish woman has been over-done a bit now, it would be nice to hear something else.
Maybe Chase feel they’re under represented? I can’t recall a company that had a Scottish woman doing the ivr.
Most sound like Laurel from Emmerdale (maybe it there )
Sky have been on the Scottish woman bandwagon for years. Probably one of the biggest IVR’s people use in the UK.

Scottish voice is supposed to be calming/trustworthy, so that’s probably why it’s all over.

I always thought Geordie was voted as pretty calming.

I can say this as my other half is geordie and when we first met I had to ask what stuff meant

It was odd that voices A-E were all Scottish women, and after every clip, we were asked if it was diverse? 
Anyway my least favourite was the Scottish woman, but my most favourite was the Scottish woman, so hopefully, Chase won’t use the Scottish woman, and will go with the Scottish woman.

The one voice sounded like the digitized voice I spoke to yesterday on CS.

I once visited an aunt in Kirkcaldy fife, who informed me its affectionate known by the locals as what’s that (expletive) smell… spend a day in Edinburgh you’ll soon realise Greenock is not all that bad…
Has anyone had any DD come out of Chase yet? Interesting to know how it works with the notification, hope it’s like starling, when they let you know the day before.
Not yet. I should do next week though.
I got a notification today to let me know that I’ve got a DD coming out tomorrow.
