I’d like to think that Monzo has a decent community where people are respectful to each other when expressing different points of view, even when they’re not in agreement with each other, and refrain from calling others names.
If you read my original post, I was talking about businesses in general and not yours. I clarified this for you at the time. I never said you had to use one and I did not call you names. I gave a point of view on a subject.
