I was wondering if you guys have any kind of AI agent that flags fraud transactions?
I was reading about it elsewhere.

Monzo certainly has mechanisms for determining potentially fraudulent transactions. Some of it might be machine learning, though I’m sure some of it probably isn’t.
Monzo don’t usually talk about this sort of thing though - as you can imagine fraud countermeasures are quite sensitive, so they’re usually restricted in what they can say.

I’ve seen a few cases where transactions have been declined and required verification to go through.
