That is a very broad question, most of what I’m willing to divulge is already stated in this thread.

But for your sake, TLDR:

Fraud occurred on my account
Got refunded for it
Monzo customer service sucks so I’m leaving

Fair enough. As with all one-sided accounts, I’m sure there is lots that we can’t see or know and it’s probably much more complicated than this.

As it’s not normal or appropriate to discuss individual account issues in public like this, having seen a successful resolution from the OPs perspective, this has now been closed.
