I live in Bangor with my wife, who I met in 2013. I’ve worked for UK-based banks resolving personal banking, fraud & bereavement complaints since 2019 and I have a genuine passion for getting issues fixed for customers. I love to spend time at the beach near our house and enjoy yacht racing and reading.
