I am a traveller. Been on the road since 1980. First was a 9 year career in The Royal Navy - I was very fortunate and got to vist most countries on the Northern shores of the Med, the East coast across the pond, tge Bahamas, Carrib and associated islands. The big one was participating in The Falklands war during which I crossed the equator.
This was folliwed by 5 years living and loving in Tokyo, a year and a half travelling around Asia - climbing a montain in Nepal, 6 months travelling all the way around India, 6 months livng on Thai beaches in a bamboo hut and a couple of months in Cambodia before the coup in '97. From then until now I have been living in Thailand and very happily married for 20 years.
Just turned 60 - doesn’t look like I wasted much of ny life, so far
